This excellent compilation by Kev Roberts has a theme that walks through each track to gel the collection. It is a collection of tracks from UK labels from 1964-1969. The highlights open with the Orlons Spinning Top from the Planet label. Good uptempo track from JJ Jackson Come See Me issued on the Strike label. Great 60's sound instrumental from Ken Woodman Cheat and Lie. Two tracks from the Jamaican artist Sugar Simone the best being Take It Easy. Two tracks from Chapter Five (not 5) from the CBS label, One In A Million now very sort after and a good version of this song. Lesser known I Like What I'm Trying To Do by Waygood Ellis from Polydor good dancer.. Also issued on Polydor the catchy Nobody's Perfect by Tony Mckay. To end with a Soul City label release I'll Never Forget You by Chris Jackson an under rated track not easy to come by. Pity one or two tracks have been dubbed from disc. Iissued on Bestway BESTCD 008
